Policies

Privacy - We respect the privacy of our customers. Customer information is utilized to complete the sales transaction in regards to credit card processing and shipping. We do not share or sell customer information with outside parties. We do not make unsolicited sales calls or email our customers unless it is in regards to an order or to conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.

Payment - Is due prior to shipment unless other arrangements are made with the Credit Department. Payment may be made by credit card (major cards accepted) or check. Orders paid by check will be held until check clears the bank which is usually 7 - 10 business days.

C.O.D. - Shipments are available at an additional $7.00 charge. Please note that only Cashiers' Checks or Money Orders will be accepted upon delivery.

Prices - Listed are for smaller quantities. Discounts will be given upon request for larger quantities prior to order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight - Charges are billed to the customer and determined by the gross weight and final destination of the shipment.

Shipment Quantities - May fluctuate + or - 10% from order quantity, particularly with products sold by weight.

Overnight & Express Deliveries - Are available at an additional charge to the customer. Please call us for estimated charges.

Custom Orders - Are gladly taken for the minimum dyelot size, however, once the order is placed into production it may not be cancelled. The Customer will be responsible for payment.

Returns - Will be accepted for damaged or off-quality products within 30 days of shipment. All quality complaints must be submitted in writing, sustained by Sewing Thread Online's Quality Control Dept. and a Return Authorization (RA) number issued prior to return. This procedure may take up to 15 days. New product will be shipped to replace defective product that has been sustained by QC or credit issued against future order

ALL SALES ON PREWOUND BOBBINS ARE FINAL! - NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

We suggest the thread user assure himself/herself by preliminary test that the thread is suitable for the end use intended.
